Prices

Prices given from photos or descriptions are estimates. The price is confirmed on site before loading. If the debris differs materially from what was described, we'll give a new price and you can decline before any work starts.

Materials

We don't haul household hazardous waste, batteries, fuel or propane containers, or material known to contain asbestos. You agree to tell us about any material in the load that might fall into those categories. We may refuse items we can't legally or safely transport.

Access and property

You're responsible for giving the crew safe access to the debris and for telling us about sprinkler lines, buried utilities, septic systems and soft ground near the work area. We take reasonable care with driveways, floors and landscaping and will discuss any damage claim with you directly.

Scheduling

Appointment times are agreed by phone and can change because of weather, traffic or earlier jobs. We'll call if we're running late.
