How estimates work
Prices come from the pile: how much, how heavy and how far we carry it. Here's what we need from you.

How to get a price
Call (951) 720-3745 or text photos of the debris to the same number. We'll ask a few questions and give you a price range, then confirm the price on site before anything is loaded.
Photos
Two or three shots of the pile from different sides, one with something for scale.
Material
What's in it: drywall, lumber, shingles, concrete, flooring or a mix.
Location
Where it sits and the path from the street: gates, stairs, slopes.
Timing
When it needs to be gone, and any trade or inspection it's waiting on.
What decides the number
| Factor | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Volume | How much of the truck the load fills. |
| Weight | Concrete (about 145–150 lb per cubic foot) and roofing tear-off (about 200–240 lb per square) reach payload limits before the truck is full. |
| Labor | Breaking a slab, pulling flooring or bagging loose debris takes crew time. |
| Access | Long carries, stairs and steep or narrow driveways add time. |
| Disposal | Treated wood and some materials go to specific facilities with their own fees. |
What a price range is, and isn't
A range from photos is our best read of the job. If the pile on site is very different from the photos, we'll tell you the new price before loading, and you can decide then.
Got a pile? Get it priced.
Tell us what the material is, roughly how much there is, and where it sits. A few photos sent by text usually get you a price range on the first call.
